How far in advance can members book?
Members can book up to the number of days defined in the system settings.
There is no fixed maximum limit in the system — you can configure it freely.
How to change it
Go to System Settings
Find the fields:
Calendar visibility (days)
Advance booking window (days)
What do these settings mean?
Calendar visibility (days) → How far ahead members can see the schedule
Advance booking window (days) → How many days in advance members are allowed to book
Important
You can either:
Set a specific number of days
Leave the field empty to remove the limit
Result
Once saved:
Members will only see and book within the defined time range
The system automatically updates visibility and booking rules
