How to get here
In the left menu, click System settings.
Toggle Invalidate waitlist on.
What does it mean?
When the setting is enabled:
The waitlist stops being processed when the cancellation deadline is reached.
People on the waitlist are not automatically moved into the class after the deadline expires.
Any available spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
When is it used?
This feature is useful if you want to avoid automatic promotions from the waitlist close to class start.
Result
When the cancellation deadline has expired, available spots can be booked directly by members, if there are still spots available in the class.
