What does it mean?
When this setting is enabled:
The waitlist will stop being processed once the cancellation deadline is reached
Members on the waitlist will no longer be automatically moved into the class after the deadline
Any available spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
When should it be used?
This feature is useful if you want to avoid automatic waitlist promotions close to the class start time.
Result
Once the cancellation deadline has passed, any remaining available spots can be booked directly by members if space is still available.
