Where can I find the member balance?
Search for the member.
You can use the global search at the top of the dashboard to quickly find the member.
Open the member's profile - go to billig.
Here you will find the Member Balance.
Use Edit to adjust the account
What is the member balance?
The member balance is an internal balance linked to the member's profile.
You can adjust the balance with either a positive or a negative amount. The balance will automatically be applied to the member's next payment or renewal.
When should I use the member balance?
The member balance is ideal for small adjustments, for example:
Giving a member a small credit
Correcting a minor amount
Providing a bonus or compensation
You can both add and subtract amounts.
Important
We recommend using the member balance only for small adjustments.
For larger amounts or one-time charges, we recommend creating an invoice instead.
Result
The member balance will automatically be included in the member's next applicable payment.
