The images don't load

Problem

Images don't appear on the Scheduled Class Details page.

Possible cause

Images can be blocked by the browser if the cache is outdated, or if there is a temporary connection error to the image server.

Solution

  1. Reload the page.

  2. Clear the browser cache and cookies.

  3. Try in a different browser or in a private window.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • Whether the issue affects all images or only specific ones.

  • Any error messages you saw.

  • When the issue occurred.
