Problem
The Participants tab shows zero even though you expect registered participants.
Possible cause
The enrolment window for the class may not have opened yet, or participants are registered under a different centre or date.
Solution
Check that the enrolment window is open for the relevant date.
Check whether participants are registered under a different centre.
Reload the page and check again.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The class name and start date.
The expected date of the enrolment window.
When the issue occurred.
