The Participants tab shows zero

Problem

The Participants tab shows zero even though you expect registered participants.

Possible cause

The enrolment window for the class may not have opened yet, or participants are registered under a different centre or date.

Solution

  1. Check that the enrolment window is open for the relevant date.

  2. Check whether participants are registered under a different centre.

  3. Reload the page and check again.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The class name and start date.

  • The expected date of the enrolment window.

  • When the issue occurred.
