The list is empty

Problem

The class template list is empty even though you expect to see classes.

Possible cause

The list only shows active class templates within a valid planning period. If no class templates have been created yet, or all start dates are in the future, the list appears empty.

Solution

  1. Check whether class templates have been created in the system.

  2. Check that the start dates for the classes are not all in the future.

  3. Make sure you are logged in to the correct centre.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • Which centre you are logged in to.

  • Whether class templates have been created under a different centre.

  • When the issue occurred.
