Problem

The fill rate for a class shows 0% even though you expect registered participants.

Possible cause

A fill rate of 0% means either that there are no registrations yet, or that the class is new and has not yet been used. Registrations may also be recorded under a different centre.

Solution

  1. Check that the enrolment window is open for the class.

  2. Look for registrations under the correct centre.

  3. Reload the page to make sure the data is up to date.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The class name and start date.

  • The expected number of registrations.

  • When the issue occurred.
