Problem
You cannot find a specific member's registration on the list, even though you know it exists.
Possible cause
The registration may be hidden by a status filter or search term, or it may belong to a different centre location.
Solution
Make sure the All tab is selected.
Type the member's first or last name in the search bar.
Check the centre selector in the header — the registration may belong to a different location.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The member's name.
Which class the registration relates to.
Which centre you expect to find it under.
