I can't find a specific member's registration

Problem

You cannot find a specific member's registration on the list, even though you know it exists.

Possible cause

The registration may be hidden by a status filter or search term, or it may belong to a different centre location.

Solution

  1. Make sure the All tab is selected.

  2. Type the member's first or last name in the search bar.

  3. Check the centre selector in the header — the registration may belong to a different location.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The member's name.

  • Which class the registration relates to.

  • Which centre you expect to find it under.
