I'm seeing the wrong week

Problem

The calendar shows classes from a different week than the one you want to see.

Possible cause

The date range may have been set manually to a different period, or you may have navigated forward or backward with the arrow buttons without resetting afterwards.

Solution

  1. Click Today to reset the date range to today and the next 7 days.

  2. Use the From and To date pickers to manually set the week you want to see.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The date range currently shown.

  • The date range you expect to see.

  • When the issue occurred.
