I can't see any classes

Problem

The page shows no classes even though you expect to see planned classes.

Possible cause

A filter or date range may be set that does not cover any classes. It may also mean that no planned classes have been created for the displayed period.

Solution

  1. Check that the date range covers a period with planned classes.

  2. Click Today to reset to the default range.

  3. Remove any active location or search filters.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The selected date range.

  • Whether you have active filters on location or search.

  • When the issue occurred.
