The planning doesn't update

Problem

Changes to the planning don't appear to have any effect even though you have saved them.

Possible cause

Planning changes typically only apply to future class instances and do not affect classes that have already been created. A network error during saving may also mean the changes did not reach the server.

Solution

  1. Reload the page and check whether the changes have been saved correctly.

  2. Check your internet connection and try saving again if necessary.

  3. Check whether future class instances reflect the new settings.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • What you tried to change.

  • The class name and planning start date.

  • When the issue occurred.
