Problem
No class instances are being created even though the planning has been saved.
Possible cause
Class instances are only created within the specified active period. If Planning starts is set to a future date, or Planning ends is set to a date that has already passed, no instances will be created. Additionally, the system requires at least one day of the week to be selected.
Solution
Check that Planning starts is set to the correct date.
If Planning ends is filled in, check that the date is in the future.
Check that at least one day of the week is selected under Days of the week.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The planning start and end dates.
Which days of the week are selected.
When the instances were expected to be created.
