The calendar doesn't show my changes

Problem

The changes have been saved but the calendar still shows the old information.

Possible cause

The calendar normally updates automatically, but a slow connection or a temporary issue may delay the update.

Solution

  1. Reload the page.

  2. Check that the save completed correctly — a success message should have appeared.

  3. Check that you are looking at the correct date in the calendar.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The class name and date.

  • Which changes are not showing.

  • When the issue occurred.
