I clicked Stop planning but the template is still there

Problem

The template is still showing in the list even though you confirmed Stop planning.

Possible cause

The list is automatically refreshed after deletion, but a slow internet connection may delay the update. A red error notification may mean the deletion failed and the template was not actually removed.

Solution

  1. Wait a moment and see if the list updates itself.

  2. Reload the page manually.

  3. Check whether a red error notification is shown — if so, the deletion failed and you can try again.

  • The template name.

  • Whether an error notification is shown.

  • When the issue occurred.
