The Book drop-in button does nothing

Problem

The Book drop-in button does not respond or the booking is not created.

Possible cause

All three fields — Member, Class and Drop-in — must be filled in before the booking can be saved. The form blocks submission and marks the missing fields with red error messages. If the button shows a loading animation, the system is still processing the request.

Solution

  1. Check that all three fields are selected: Member, Class and Drop-in.

  2. Look for red error messages below the fields.

  3. If the button shows a loading animation, wait a moment before clicking again.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • Which fields were filled in.

  • Any error messages you saw.

  • When the issue occurred.
