I clicked Save changes but nothing happened

Problem

The Save changes button does not respond, or nothing appears to happen after clicking.

Possible cause

One or more required fields are not filled in or contain invalid values. The form blocks submission and marks the problematic fields with an error message, which may be further down the page and not visible without scrolling.

Solution

  1. Scroll through the entire form and look for red error messages below the fields.

  2. Make sure all required fields are filled in: Days of the week, Frequency, Class starts at, Class duration, Planning starts, Max participants and Planning type.

  3. Correct any errors and try saving again.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • Which fields showed error messages.

  • Any error messages you saw.

  • When the issue occurred.
