My changes are not showing

Problem

The changes have been saved, but the category still looks the same as before.

Possible cause

The page or the product category list may not have been reloaded after the changes were saved.

Solution

  1. Reload the page or the product category list.

  2. Check that you are looking at the correct category.

  3. If the category is still not updated, try saving again.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The category name and the changes you made.

  • When the issue occurred.
