My changes were not saved but I saw no error

Problem

The changes do not appear to have been saved, even though no error message was shown.

Possible cause

If the internet connection was interrupted mid-way through the save process, the changes may not have reached the server. It may also be because you navigated away from the page before the save process completed.

Solution

  1. Check that you clicked Save changes and waited for the page to finish loading.

  2. Reload the page and check whether the changes have been saved.

  3. Check your internet connection.

  4. Try editing and saving again.

If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:

  • The product name and the changes you tried to save.

  • When the issue occurred.
