Problem
The VAT rate dropdown is empty or shows an invalid selection.
Possible cause
VAT rates are configured by the system administrator. If a VAT rate that was previously selected for the product has been deactivated, it will not be pre-selected. A valid VAT rate is required to save.
Solution
Check whether your administrator has created active VAT rates in the system settings.
Select an active VAT rate from the dropdown.
Contact an administrator if no VAT rates are available.
