Problem
The dialog that opens when you click Purchase link shows an error message or is empty.
Possible cause
This can happen if the server was unable to generate a link — for example because the campaign type is inactive, has just been deleted, or is temporarily unavailable on the server.
Solution
Check that the campaign type is still active and has not been deleted.
Try again after a few seconds.
Reload the page and try to generate the link again.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The campaign type name.
Any error message you received.
When the issue occurred.
