Problem
An error message is shown instead of the drop-in type's details.
Possible cause
The error message appears when the system cannot find the drop-in type or encounters a server error. The drop-in type may have been deleted by another user, or the URL may point to an invalid ID.
Solution
Click the Back to list button shown below the error to return to the list of drop-in types.
Check that the drop-in type has not been deleted — see if it still appears in the list.
Make sure the URL contains a valid drop-in type ID.
Try reloading the page. If the error repeats, the drop-in type may no longer be available.
