Problem
The Send newsletter button is not visible in the toolbar.
Possible cause
On mobile and tablet screens the button collapses to a small envelope icon to save space. The button has not been removed — it is just hidden behind the icon.
Solution
Look for an envelope icon in the toolbar — it replaces the Send newsletter button on smaller screens.
Click the icon to open the newsletter composer.
