Problem
The Counts towards global limit toggle is not shown in the Properties section.
Possible cause
This toggle is only shown when your chain has configured a maximum number of active memberships in the chain settings. If no global limit is set, the toggle is hidden.
Solution
Check your chain settings — whether a global membership limit has been defined.

Return to the form — the toggle will now appear.
