Problem
The Anchor renewal to the 1st of the month toggle is greyed out and cannot be changed.
Possible cause
The setting is locked because your centre already enforces the First of the month anchor for all renewals globally in the centre configuration. Since it is active at centre level, it cannot be overridden per contingent type.

Check the centre's global renewal setting under Centre settings.
