Problem
A recently added price is not showing in the Pricing tab.
Possible cause
The Pricing tab is divided into status tabs: Inactive, Active, and Expired. A new price with a future valid-from date appears under the Inactive tab — not Active — until that date arrives.
Solution
Check the Inactive tab — the new price is likely there if its valid-from date is in the future.
Try reloading the page or switching to another tab and back.
If the price does not appear anywhere, there may have been an error during creation — try adding it again.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
