Problem
The dialog shows an error message such as "Membership is required" or "Membership price is required" when you click Change.
Possible cause
All required fields in the dialog must be filled in. Type and Price are both required. The price list only appears once a type and a valid start date have been selected — if no prices appear, the selected type may not have a valid price for the chosen date.
Solution
Select a type from the Type dropdown — this is required.
Enter a valid-from date — it must be at least tomorrow.
Select a price from the Price dropdown, which should now show available prices.
If no prices appear, try a different start date, or check that the selected type has an active price.
If the problem persists, contact support and include details about:
The type and start date you selected.
The error message shown.
When the issue occurred.
