Problem
You are looking for a specific membership in the list but cannot find it.
Possible cause
The list may be filtering out certain statuses or locations. It may also be that you are looking in the wrong section, or that the membership has been deleted.
Solution
Go back to the list and use the search field to search by name or email.
Check that you are in the correct section — Contingents, Campaigns, or Punch cards.
Make sure you have the correct location selected if your system has multiple centres.
Check that the status filter is not excluding what you are looking for.
