Problem
You can see the "Documents" heading, but no file cards are shown — the grid appears to be hidden.

You may have accidentally clicked the collapse button (the arrow icon next to the "Documents" heading), which hides all content in the grid.

Look for an arrow icon next to the "Documents" heading at the top of the screen.
Click the arrow icon to expand the grid and show your files again.
