Problem
The grid in the Document Centre looks broken — items overlap, are misaligned, or are not displayed in the expected layout.
Possible cause
The grid is responsive and adapts to your screen width. On very narrow screens, items stack into a single column. Browser cache or zoom level can also affect how the grid is displayed.
Solution
Try resizing your browser window or zooming out (press Ctrl + – or Cmd + – on Mac).
Clear your browser cache and reload the page.
Try a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
