Problem
You clicked Add and may have seen a confirmation notification, but the new VAT rate does not appear in the list.
Possible cause
The list updates automatically after a successful save. If the entry is missing, your internet connection may have interrupted the sync, or the page may have a temporary rendering issue.
Solution
Reload the page manually — the data should be saved and will appear after reloading.
Check your internet connection — the save may have failed silently.
If the "Creation successful!" notification appeared but the entry is still missing after reloading, contact support.
