How to reactivate subscriptions
Learn how to reactivate a canceled subscription with our simple guide below.
Step 1: Click on your user icon.
Click your user icon in the lower-left corner of your screen.
If you manage multiple companies, make sure you’ve selected the correct one before proceeding by simply clicking on the company listed.
Step 2: Click ‘Settings’.
Select ‘Settings’ located below your account email address.
Step 3: Select the ‘Subscription’ tab.
Click on the ‘Subscription’ tab.
Step 4: Click ‘Reactivate’.
After cancelling your subscription, it will display the cancelled plan and its expiration date at the top of the page. Your access will remain active until the subscription expiration date.
If you wish to resubscribe before it expires, you can just click ‘Reactivate’ to subscribe again.
You can only reactivate a canceled subscription before the end of the current subscription. If your canceled subscription has expired, you will need to subscribe again.
