How to check and manage your subscription
Manage your subscription settings on the Web app by following these steps.
Step 1: Click on your user icon.
Click your user icon in the top-right corner of your screen to open your account menu. From there, you can manage company details, personal preferences, and account settings.
If you manage multiple companies, double-check that you’ve selected the correct one before making changes.
After confirming, click on ‘Settings’ to proceed.
Step 2: Open the Subscription tab
Click on the ‘Subscription’ tab to view and manage your subscription details.
On this page, you have three subscription options: 'Manage', 'Update Card', and ‘Invoice history'.
'Manage' button
This button gives you the option to switch your plan or to cancel your subscription.
'Update card' button
Update your billing information in this section.
'Invoice history' button
This option allows you to check and download your subscription invoices.
