What’s New?

We’ve upgraded the Notes feature to make it easier to track important information about attendees. Now, you can quickly see:

  • Which attendees have notes.

  • How many "unactioned" notes they have.

Where you will see the note counter:

The note counter will be visible next to attendee names in the following places:

  • Session Registers

  • Attendance Overview

  • Bookings Page

  • User Directory (Booking History tab)

How to Use Notes

  1. View Notes

    • A flag next to an attendee’s name will indicate if they have a note, and how many "unactioned" notes there are.

    • Click the attendee’s name and navigate to the Notes section to view the details.

  2. Mark Notes as Actioned

    • Admins can mark a note as "Actioned" once it’s been handled.

    • This will remove the notification for that note across all admins in your account.

    • You can also undo this action if needed.

    • There is no requirement to action every note. You can leave notes unactioned for as long as you like.

Why This Matters

  • Ensures all admins can easily see and manage attendee notes.

  • Helps you keep track of outstanding actions.

  • Mark notes as actioned when they no longer need attention, and reduce unnecessary notifications.

These upgrades make it easier than ever to manage attendee details and ensure you can run your sessions as smoothly as possible!
