6. List what customers need to bring and what you will supply. We'll communicate this to your customers before and after they make a booking.
7. Upload images - add up to 4 images that best represent the activity
8. Categorise your activity - Categories help customers find your activities on our marketplace. You can add up to two categories against an activity.

If you are using our iFrame functionality to allow you customers to book via Pebble on your website then categories can help segment the iFrames you crease. See our iFrame article here
β
9. You have now completed the Details page - next navigate to the Scheduling tab
If you aren't able to move on, please ensure all fields marked with a * are completed.
STEP 3 - Scheduling
The default/empty view of the Scheduling tab is below. No booking type has been selected yet and the calendar is empty.
1. The first thing you need to do is define if your activity is block and/or individually bookable:
βBlock Bookings - Customers will book a block of dates. There are two types of blocks you can create:
β
βAll days blocks
- Customers will select a slot to attend for all selected days of week within the date range. This type of block is for activities where a customer attends multiple times in a single week
.
β
βSame day recurring blocks
- Customers will attend the same day and slot on a weekly basis. Customers will be able to select the day of week and slot they attend.
β
βIndividual Bookings - Customers will book single dates
2. After you have selected how you would like your activity to be booked you will see that the + Add a schedule button becomes active. Click this to start creating your schedules.
β
Below we will create the following schedule:
Booking type:
All days and Individual bookable
βSchedule name:
Football Class
ββDates: 01/01/2026 - 07/01/2026
βDays: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
βTimes: 09:00-12:00, 13:00-16:00
β
βFirst we name the schedule
βThen we add the date range
βThen we add the days in the date range that the activity occurs on
βFinally we add in the two time slots for the activity. Further time slots can be added across all days by clicking the 'Add slot' button
β
Once you've completed the above steps - click 'Done'
β
Your schedule will then be visualised onto the calendar. Things to note:
Time slots in the same colour will be bookable as a block
You can edit the schedule in its entirety by clicking the pencil icon next to the schedule name
You can edit the time of an individual session by clicking on it. See this article for editing individual time slots.
Activities can have multiple Schedules. For example if you run a sports camp you can set up an Activity with the following Schedules housed within it:
β
βSchedule name:
Football Class
βDates: 01/01/2026 - 07/01/2026
βTimes: 09:00-12:00, 13:00-16:00
β
Schedule name:
Tennis Class
βDates: 08/01/2025 - 14/01/2025
βTimes: 09:00-12:00, 13:00-16:00
β
βSchedule name: Athletics Class
βDates: 01/01/2025 - 14/01/2025
βTimes: 09:00-12:00, 13:00-16:00
β
Each one of the above schedules can be independently booked by your customers.
The schedules you add to your activity when you first create it are not the only ones is can ever have. At any point you can return to your activity and create new schedules.

2. You can use the darker blue adjust all buttons, or edit the capacity of each session individually. If you edit individually please ensure you click the arrows either side of the month to view sessions for other months.
STEP 5 - Tickets
1. You can set-up different tickets for your booking types. This allows you to charge a different depending on whether an activity has been booked as part of a block or individually. Or you could set-up tickets that can only be purchased as part of a block.
2. Tickets can be customised with the following information:
β
Ticket name: Give the ticket a name
Description: Give the ticket a description so customers understand what they are purchasing
βChoose schedules: Choose which schedules your ticket applies to. For example you could have a ticket that should be purchasable for your Football schedule but not your Tennis one

βMulti capacity tickets (group/family ticket): Define if the ticket should draw 1 or more from the session capacity
βStop sales of this ticket after the first session has passed: Blocks this ticket from being booked after the first session has passed
