How to create an activity

To begin creating your activities, login to the Activity Provider's portal and select the option “+Add an activity”. Then, follow the steps below:

1) Fill in the fields with your activity's details and image. These details will be shown to potential customers so take your time to complete them. Note: You can edit these details later on, even after publishing the activity.

If you aren't able to move on, please ensure all fields marked with a * are completed.

2) Complete the "Schedule" section, adding dates and times for your activity. Note: Once you set up your activity as block bookings or individual bookings you won’t be able to edit this particular setting. You can change the remaining details later on, even after publishing the activity.

3) Create each ticket type (e.g, sibling discount) by editing its name, description and cost. Note: You can edit these details later, even after publishing the activity.

4) Set up the capacity for your activity. You can use the adjust all buttons along the top, or edit individually. If you edit individually please ensure you click the arrow by the month to change to the next month.

5) Complete your contact information. Now, you’re ready to publish your activity. Just click the “Publish” button and your activity will be live.

If you don’t want to make your activity live just yet, click “Save as draft” and it will be saved as a draft - you can come back to it later and publish when you are ready.
