Summary
Pebble allows you to manually add attendees to your classes!
Note, this is only available for booking management software users. If you are interested in upgrading to access this new feature, please reach out to your customer success manager or contact us at support@bookpebble.co.uk.
You can now:
Invite people to book onto your class by triggering an email with a booking and payment link
Manually add people to your class(es) by inputting their information
How does this look?
In the register view you will now see an Add Attendee(s) button:
When you click Add Attendee(s) you can choose whether to invite them to pay or add them to your class without paying:
Inviting someone to pay
Here, you can enter customer email addresses to send out a booking invite link.
The customer will receive an email informing them that they have been invited to book, and they will be sent to your activity page via a direct link.
Please note that spaces are not reserved for your customers when this invite is sent.
Adding a non-paid booking
You can manually add someone to a class register by inputting their details yourself. You can choose to add them to one session or multiple sessions within a block.
You will be required to complete the following information for each attendee you add:
Parent/Guardian full name, email, and phone number
Ticket type for the attendee
Attendee full name and date of birth
The parent or guardian will be notified that they have been added onto an activity. If you have Booking Questions turned on, they will also receive an immediate email asking them to complete medical information.
Added attendees will show up in both the Bookings view and the Register view.
Attendees will have a green icon next to their name in the class register to indicate that they have been manually added:
