This article details how you can an move an attendee from one session to another session - either within the same activity or to a different activity.
There are different options available to you when moving attendees.
1. Move one or multiple attendees from one session to another session - either within the same activity or to a different activity.
2. Move one attendee from one block to another block of sessions - either within the same activity or to a different activity.
3. Move one attendee from one subscription to another subscription - either within the same activity or to a different activity.

Move one or multiple attendees from one session to another session - either within the same activity or to a different activity.
1. Click the 'Move' button at the top of the register, select the attendee(s) you want to move then click 'Move' again.
2. Choose whether you are moving the attendee to:
a) A different session within the same activity:
b) A different session within a different activity. Use the activity search functionality to find the activity you want to move the attendee to.
3. Once you've selected the activity you then need to pick the schedule, date and time of the session you want to move the attendee to.
4. Once you've selected the date and time - you can then review the move before you confirm it.
5. Note that when you confirm the move:
a) Capacity will be added back to the original session and taken from the new session
b) If you have switched booking questions on and you have moved the attendee to a new activity that has different booking questions then the booking questions email will be resent to allow you to collect up-to-date information for this attendee
c) The attendee will be moved in the register and bookings page view
d) An email will be sent to the customer confirming that their attendee has been moved to a different session

NOTE: Multiple attendees cannot be moved from one block to another block at once
1. Click the 'Move' button at the top of the register, select the attendee you want to move then click 'Move' again.
2. If the attendee is booked onto a block then you will see the below screen. This gives you the option to move the attendee from this session only or for all remaining session.
3. Choose whether you are moving the attendee to:
a) A different session within the same activity:
b) A different session within a different activity. Use the activity search functionality to find the activity you want to move the attendee to.
NOTE: If you have opted to move the selected session and all remaining sessions then only block bookable activities will be shown in the matching activities list.
4. Once you've selected the activity you then need to pick the schedule, date and time of the session you want to move the attendee to.
5. Once you've selected the date and time - you can then review the move before you confirm it.
6. Note that when you confirm the move:
a) Capacity will be added back to the original session and taken from the new session
b) If you have switched booking questions on and you have moved the attendee to a new activity that has different booking questions then the booking questions email will be resent to allow you to collect up-to-date information for this attendee
c) The attendee will be moved in the register and bookings page view
d) An email will be sent to the customer confirming that their attendee has been moved to a different session

1. Click the 'Move' button at the top of the register, select the attendee you want to move then click 'Move' again.
3. Choose whether you are moving the attendee to:
a) A different session within the same subscription:
b) A different session within a different subscription. Use the activity search functionality to find the activity you want to move the attendee to.
NOTE: If you are moving a subscription then only subscription activities will be shown in the matching activities list.
4. Once you've selected the activity you then need to pick the date, time and ticket of the subscription you want to move the attendee to.
5. Once you've selected the date and time - you can then review the move before you confirm it.
NOTE:
If the new ticket costs less -
If the attendee is moved to a cheaper ticket, Pebble will add the price difference as a credit.
This credit will apply as a discount on the customer’s next monthly payment
If the new ticket costs more -
If the attendee is moved to a more expensive ticket, Pebble will charge the difference immediately.
The charge will be adjusted based on the number of days left in the current billing cycle (pro-rated).
6. Note that when you confirm the move:
a) Capacity will be added back to the original session and taken from the new session
b) If you have switched booking questions on and you have moved the attendee to a new activity that has different booking questions then the booking questions email will be resent to allow you to collect up-to-date information for this attendee
c) The attendee will be moved in the register and bookings page view
d) An email will be sent to the customer confirming that their attendee has been moved to a different session
