How to move an attendee

This article details how you can an move an attendee from one session to another session - either within the same activity or to a different activity.

1. Click the 'Move' button at the top of the register, select the attendee you want to move then click 'Move' again.

2. Choose whether you are moving the attendee to:

a) A different session within the same activity:

a) A different session within a different activity. Use the activity search functionality to find the activity you want to move the attendee to.

3. Once you've selected the activity you then need to pick the date and time of the session you want to move the attendee to.

4. Once you've selected the date and time - you can then review the move before you confirm it.

5. Note that when you confirm the move:


a) Capacity will be added back to the original session and taken from the new session

b) If you have switched booking questions on and you have moved the attendee to a new activity then the booking questions email will be resent to allow you to collect up-to-date information for this attendee

c) The attendee will be moved in the register and bookings page view

d) An email will be sent to the customer confirming that their attendee has been moved to a different session
