Use this guide to understand what all of the ticket settings are for!

Number of Tickets

You can add tickets for each booking type (block and individual). Ticket name and details will be shown to the customer in the order you create them.

Names and Descriptions

The name and description fields are free text so you can call the ticket whatever you want and add any ticket description or conditions within the description field.

Schedules

You can assign tickets (and add-ons) to specific schedules. Tickets assigned to schedules will only be available to book on your selected schedules. When you add a new schedule, tickets (and add-ons) will not be automatically assigned. Please ensure you always review which tickets are assigned to your schedules before saving.

Cost

Ticket prices can be set up with the following options:

  1. Price per session

    1. If you choose this option, customers will be charged the price of the ticket times the total number of remaining sessions. For example, ยฃ5 per session.
      โ€‹
Note: if a customer books onto your block half way through, they will be charged based on the number of remaining future sessions, not the original total number of sessions.
      โ€‹

  2. Set price for a block

    1. If you choose this option, customers will always pay this price when booking a block regardless of the number of sessions
      โ€‹

  3. Free

    1. Customers won't be charged

Capacity

By default each ticket takes one spot from a classes capacity. This can can be increased if a ticket should take more than one spot from a classes capacity - for example:
โ€‹
A Family Ticket can be for 3 children and 2 adults. You can choose whether the ticket should take 3 from the capacity of the class (for just the children) or 5 (to include the adults).

Ticket availability dates

Choose a custom date range to decide when your tickets should be available for purchase. This can be used for initiatives such as limited pricing and early bird discounts. Tickets will show as unavailable/sold out if they are outside of the chosen date range. If you don't add any dates, tickets will always be available until the class is sold out. Date ranges will never clone onto new activities.
