How to invite customers to re-enrol or book a new activity

Overview

Pebble allows you to send emails to invite previously booked customers to re-enrol onto new activities.

You are able to curate your invite-list by selecting customers who booked previous activities. You can also curate your list by manually adding the contact details for any customers you want to invite.

Once you are happy with your invite-list, you can schedule emails with a custom message inviting them to book!

⚠️ Important:

Because these invitations are being sent via Pebble and could be used to market a variety of new and different activities to past customers, you can only send them to people who have already opted into Pebble's marketing consent.

How to send invitation emails

Step 1: On the scheduled activities page, click the symbol next to your chosen activity.

Step 2: Within the menu you'll see the option to Invite Customers. Clicking this will begin the process of Inviting Customers to the activity.

Step 3: After clicking Invite Customers you can then choose from two options:

  • Invite from previous activities

  • Add customers manually

Inviting customers from previous activities

Here, you can select previous activities to automatically populate which customers will go into your invite-list.

Step 1: Use the search functionality to find previous activities by name or location.

Step 2: From the search results, choose activities to populate anyone who was booked into your customer invite-list. You can select more than one activity:

Step 3: Once you've selected your activities click Review customers to start curating your invite-list:

  • Here you can:

    • Filter by Customer or Attendee name

    • Delete particular Customer from the Customer summary (this means they will not receive an invite)

    • Click on the Customer name to see the Attendees in their previous booking

    • Click Add additional customer(s) to add more customer email addresses to your invite-list

Step 4: Once you're happy with your list of customers to invite, click Next:

Step 5: Here you will see your Invite Settings, where you can pick from two options:

  1. Add a custom message to the invitation

    1. This message will be included in the body of the invite email

  2. Schedule follow-up emails for missed invitations:

    1. Here you can schedule up to three follow-up emails that will be sent to the customer list encouraging them to book.

    2. If at any point the customer books onto the activity then they will not receive any further follow-up emails.

Step 6: Click Send Invites to send your enrolment invitations to your curated list of customers!

Adding customers manually

Here you can choose to send your invites to a manually added list of customer emails.

Step 1: Fill in the empty fields with customer email addresses.

Step 2: Click Add customer to add as many customer emails as you want.

Step 3: Once you are happy with your list of emails, click Next.

Step 4: Here you will see your Invite Settings, where you can pick from two options:

  1. Add a custom message to the invitation

    1. This message will be included in the body of the invite email

  2. Schedule follow-up emails for missed invitations:

    1. Here you can schedule up to three follow-up emails that will be sent to the customer list encouraging them to book.

    2. If at any point the customer books onto the activity then they will not receive any further follow-up emails.

Step 5: Click Send Invites to send your enrolment invitations to your curated list of customers!
