How Can I Find a Specific Company or Contact while listing Contacts?

BookYourData finds a specific company or contact using the Company Name & URL and Contact Name filters on the Contacts tab, including bulk company search.

Written by Mark Giz

BookYourData locates a specific company or contact on the Contacts tab through two filters, "Company Name & URL" for companies and "Contact Name" for individuals.

Enter the company name, domain, or a person's name into the matching filter, and the contact list narrows to the exact record.

  3. Input the company name to select that specific company while listing contacts.

Search Multiple Companies at Once

The "Include / Exclude List of Companies" option searches for many companies in a single pass.

  1. Open "Include / Exclude List of Companies" from the left filters.

  2. Enter multiple company names or URLs, domain names, one per line.

  3. Press "Search Filters" to apply the list.

Find a Specific Contact by Name

The "Contact Name" filter on the left sidebar isolates one named individual from the contact list.

  1. Access the "Contact Name" tab from the left sidebar.

  2. Type the name of the contact and press enter.

FAQ

What happens if a specific company or contact does not appear in filter results?
Some target companies and contacts sit outside what the self-service "Company Name & URL" and "Contact Name" filters surface. BookYourData's BeSpoke service researches and delivers a private, built-to-spec list built around the exact company or contact profile a customer names, under the same 97% deliverability guarantee. Does the "Company Name & URL" filter accept a domain name instead of a company name?
Yes. The filter matches on company name or URL, and the bulk search option accepts entries as company names or domain names, one per line.
