Written by Mark Giz

BookYourData bulk includes or excludes companies in a search through the Include / Exclude List of Companies popup on the "Company Name & URL" tab. Paste company names or URLs, one per line, into the Include section to target those companies or the Exclude section to omit them.

How to Bulk Include or Exclude Companies

Open the bulk company filter from the search interface, then list the companies to include or exclude before running the search.

  1. Open the "Company Name & URL" tab within the search interface.

  2. Click "Include / Exclude List of Companies" to open the popup.

  1. In the popup, enter company names and/or URLs (domain names) into the Include or Exclude section.

  2. Add one company or domain per line in the respective section.

Include vs. Exclude

Include and Exclude are two separate lists inside the same popup, and each one accepts company names or domain URLs.

List

What it does

Include

Narrows the search to only the companies or domains entered.

Exclude

Removes the companies or domains entered from the search results.

Why Bulk Include/Exclude Matters for ABM

Bulk include/exclude speeds up account-based marketing prospecting by targeting or omitting many companies in one action instead of filtering one at a time. It sharpens precision, since the whole target or exclusion list goes in before the search runs, not after.
