As a Broker/Admin user, you have the ability to dictate who on your team will be assigned leads through the rotation.
In order to make changes to this rotation, navigate to the Manage Agents page of the Admin tab in your menu bar.
Within the Users - Agents page, the Send Leads column will dictate which Agents are set to receive leads in your team's overall rotation.
To start sending leads to an Agent in the rotation, select the Start button in their row.
Agents who have Send Leads turned on can receive newly registered leads in a round-robin fashion by default.
Once an Agent has been turned on in the rotation, Broker/Admins can also select a weighted distribution of the leads for Buyer and Seller lead types. This will impact the number of leads an Agent receives for each rotation of the team.
If you'd like an Agent to only receive Buyer or Seller leads, simply update the applicable Buyer Leads Per Round or Seller Leads Per Round column to be 0 for the distribution.
When an Agent is set to ON for both the Show on Site and Send Leads rotations, their photo and contact information will display in a rotation on listing Full Details pages.
Pause Lead Flow
When an Agent is set to receive leads in the rotation, they will have the option in their profile page to Pause their lead flow for vacations, etc. -- and then resume it again.
As a Broker/Admin, you can also Admin Pause the lead flow for any Agent at your convenience, through the Users - Agents page, by selecting the pause button.
Pausing the lead flow for an Agent temporarily prevents leads who register on the company website from getting to the Agent, while maintaining their place in the rotation.
Even if an Agent's Lead Flow is paused, leads registering on their Agent website will still be assigned to them.
