As a Broker/Admin user, you have settings available that allow you to indicate how you'd like leads that are Auto-Importing into your specific BoomTown user account to be assigned.
Rotation settings will impact leads that enter your account via Auto-Import through Gmail email forwarding, as well as Zillow Tech Connect (for all Zillow and Trulia leads).
To make changes to these settings, navigate to your left-hand menu bar, go to TOOLS, and choose Auto-Import Leads.
Once on the Auto-Import Leads page, on the right-hand side there will be an option for Settings, along with two drop-down menus.
The top drop-down menu will apply to all the Buyer leads that come in through Auto-Import in your account, and the bottom one will refer to all the Seller leads.
Click the down arrow to select the person you'd like to be assigned to your Auto-Imported Buyer leads.
Then select the person you'd like to be assigned to your Auto-Imported Seller leads.
The drop-down menu will show the following options for each:
Myself - this will send all the leads to you that enter your account through the Auto-Import feature.
Lead Matching - this will look to the overall team lead rotation through your Lead Matching settings and assign Auto-Imported leads based on the rules in place, and the default rule, if applicable.
Agent names - select the name of a specific Agent from the list if you'd like your Auto-Imported leads to be assigned to them instead of you or the rotation.
Once you've selected the appropriate preferences for the Buyer and Seller leads, the page will refresh and those settings will then be in place moving forward!
