When a lead comes into the system and a profile is created for them, there is a note included in the lead's History section to document the timing of the registration. Similarly, if a lead is transferred between Agents, a note will automatically be added to the lead's History to display the specifics of the transfer.

Additionally-- if a lead comes in through Lead Matching, or is transferred via Rematching-- as an Admin user you'll be able to see the specifics of the rule and reason that the lead matched as an entry along with the registration or transfer note in the lead's History section!

This information is only available to Admin users, and will NOT display for Agents or Lenders on the platform.

This additional entry occurs for leads that come in through:

  • Lead Matching via a website registration

  • Lead Matching via Auto-Import

  • Rematching through a transfer between Agents

The data that is displayed within the entry is:

  • The rule that the lead matched to

  • Whether the lead went through SharkTank

  • Whether the lead was claimed or went through the rotation

  • The listing the lead registered on

The inclusion of the Lead Matching reasons will not be retroactive for all leads that have come in historically, and will instead begin for any subsequent leads that come in or are transferred through Lead Matching after our release of the feature on April 24, 2018.
