Overview
The Messages Panel in your account is located at the top of the page, toward the right-hand side.
This area is where you'll be notified of your leads' actions while in your BoomTown account. You will also receive an email notification (and text notification if set up) in addition to these alerts in your Messages Panel.
The Messages Panel will include:
Completed Forms on Site: Registration form (standard or through home valuation), Buy form, Sell form, Contact Us form, Finance form, Schedule Showing, Ask a Question
Email Replies from your leads
Text Replies from your leads
When another user's leads get transferred to you, all Messages associated with those leads will be transferred to you as well.
Dismissing Messages
If you have Messages included in your Messages panel that you'd like to dismiss, this can either be done individually within each Message, or be done in bulk for all the Messages listed in your panel at the time.
Once you've dismissed a message, there won't be a way to retrieve the information again - so it's important to be sure before moving forward with this step.
To dismiss a single Message in the panel, scroll down the Message and toward the right-hand side, select the option to Dismiss
To dismiss every single Message in your Messages panel, select the Dismiss All choice at the top of the panel.
You'll be prompted to confirm the decision through a pop-up modal, and if you'd like to move forward, simply select Yes to have all your Messages removed!
