Creating Tags

In Lead Central, scroll to the bottom of the filters located in the left-hand panel.


Click on the Manage Tags link located below the Advanced Lead Filters button.


​In the modal, type the name of your tag into the top field and click the Create Tag button.

Tags will only be accessible by you until you click on the Share button, which will make the tag a Company tag. Doing so will allow your Agents to utilize the tag as well.

Admins Only - Allow Agents to Create Tags

In the Manage Tags modal, click on the Allow Agents to Create The Own Tags toggle at the very bottom to enable this feature for all Agents and Lender users.

Delete a Tag


In the Manage Tags modal, click on the X button.

If you are deleting a Tag being used by your Agents, the Tag will be removed from their leads as well. In this case, you'll need to confirm the following message:


How to Tag a Lead

Tags are attributes that can be assigned to leads and are useful for filling in information that the CRM does not automatically record.

Tag an individual lead

Go to the lead's profile.

In the profile header, click on the Add a Tag + button.

Select from the list of tags in the drop-down.

Tag Leads in Bulk

In Lead Central, click on the Select button, or individually select the check box next to each lead's name that you'd like to tag.

Once leads are selected, you can click on the Bulk Actions drop-down menu, and choose the Add Tag option from the drop-down list.

A pop-up modal will display, where you can select the tag from a drop-down menu that you'd like to apply to the leads. Once you've selected the tag, choose the Add Tags button.

The modal will then update to allow you to review and confirm the tag that you've selected. If the selection reflects what you would like it to, choose the Confirm button.

There is no way to remove a tag from leads in bulk. If you mistakenly tag a group of leads in bulk, the only way to remove it from those leads is to delete the tag entirely or to access each lead's profile with the tag and remove it manually.

After the Confirm button is selected, a toast notification will pop up in the lower right corner alerting you that the request is being processed

Once the process is complete, an email notification will be sent to your login email address that will include:

  • Bulk Action Date

  • How many leads the bulk action was a success for

  • How many leads the bulk action failed for

  • Who requested the bulk action
