Training reports within Elevate GO can help you keep track of training course status at a store and advocate level. With these reports, you can make sure stores are on track, and if not, pinpoint who needs to complete certain courses.

Where can you find Training Reports?

Training reports can be found within the Performance Management (heart) tab within the left side navigation.

What reporting is available?

Within the Performance Management tab, there are two reports available for training: Training Report and Training Report Advocate View.

Training Report

The Training Report shows you information at a dealer or store level, depending on your level of access to Elevate GO. Filters at the top of the report allow you to choose specific stores to view if you'd like.

Within this report you will see, by training course, the number of users that have completed the course vs. the number who have not - as well as the percentages of each.

Clicking on number of Total Users w/Training Data will let you drill down the information for a specific course to an advocate level to give you a better idea of who is complete vs. incomplete.

Training Report Advocate Level

The Training Report Advocate Level provides you with a full list of users and their status on each available training course. You can use the filters at the top of the page to filter by a specific store, user, course, or status.

Why can I only see a few courses?

For now, only a select number of training courses are available to see within this report. More training courses will be added soon.

Most notably available are courses related to Outbound Calling compliance, so you can easily check if your team has completed the courses needed to be able to make Outbound Calls.

What if information appears incorrect or missing?

Reach out to your Boost Mobile AE if the information on this report appears incorrect or if information is missing. Note that if there are no users tied to a store, it will not appear in the training reports.
