Advocate-Level Reporting

Multiple views for DLAR metrics by advocate on Elevate GO.

Written by Taryn Wickel

Advocate-level reporting allows you to drill down your DLAR metrics to the rep level and give you further insight into store performance. All advocate-level reporting can be found in the Advocate-Level Reports menu on your side navigation (below Performance Management).

Important note about reading advocate-level reporting: All data is aggregated at the rep-level to accommodate advocates that work at multiple locations. To see an advocate's performance for just a particular door, you must filter by door.

Advocate Sales Report

The Advocate Report, similar to DLAR, provides values by advocate for top metrics. Widgets at the top show aggregate data, while columns underneath show data by advocate. The report default to MTD, but can be set for any date range.

Also similar to DLAR, you can set filters at the top of your screen to reflect the information you would like to see.

Scatter Graph

The Scatter Graph report allows you to choose two metrics to compare advocate, door, or dealer performance. It is most helpful when comparing doors or comparing advocates across multiple stores. It can be a great advocate-level tool to coach reps in specific metrics.

To use this report, you will first use the top filters to set your date range, metrics for the graph, and doors to view (depending on your access). Then choose if you would like to see the information at a dealer, door, or advocate level.

By default, the graph will show Gross Adds compared to BYOD Gross Adds. The buttons above the graph are suggested comparisons. Click these to apply them automatically.

Looking at Gross Adds compared to ATU in the example below, you can see the most successful advocates are in the top right corner. Your goal should be to get as many advocates (or stores) into that upper right as possible.

What you can also see here is there are advocates that are great at getting new customers, but lag behind in ATU (bottom right corner). You can use this graph to show them the opportunity - seeing at a market level those who have high gross adds and high ATU and where the advocate needs to get to to level up to that upper right quadrant.

You can play around with the metrics and views of the data to find what is most helpful to you.

Leaderboards

The leaderboard reports allow you to see performance by metric of your dealership, doors, or advocates in comparison to all other Boost locations. This report displays MTD by default, but the date range can be changed if desired. You can also use the top filters to narrow down your data.

Stack Ranker

The Stack Ranker report ranks your doors and advocates based on specific metrics, and overall. Each metric is chosen and weighted by Boost Mobile, so some may contribute more to the overall rank than others.

Use this report to easily identify your top performers in these categories, and overall. Use the top filters, if desired, to narrow down the list. (Note that your rankings reset based on the set filters.)

Trend Report

The Trend Report is an excellent way to view door or advocate performance Month-Over-Month. You will see positive percent changes noted in green and negative percent changes noted in red.

Use the top filters to narrow your results if you like. You can also export or subscribe to this report.
