Boost Ready Reporting

How to view Boost Ready stats by Dealer, Door, Advocate, and individual sale.

Interested in your Boost Ready stats? Look no further than Elevate GO's new Boost Ready reporting. Easily view your Boost Ready transactions by Dealer, Door, Advocate, or activation all in one place.

Where to find Boost Ready Reporting

Boost Ready reporting can be found within the Performance Management (heart) menu within Elevate GO, under Boost Ready. When you click on Boost Ready, the menu will expand to show you the available reports.

All users will be able to see the Door, Advocate, and Detail reports. Dealer Admin users (Owners, Admins, and District Managers) will also be able to see the Dealer level report.

Available Boost Ready Reporting

Dealer Report

The Dealer Report will show at a dealer level, a roll up of Boost Ready stats. Filters at the top of the screen allow you to select a specific date range. This loads as the past month by default. Click Update to apply the filter.

Note If you are a Dealer District Manager, your Dealer Report will default to only the stores assigned to you. You can change this to all doors using the top filters, if desired.

Widgets at the top allow you to see the number of Boost Ready vs. non Boost Ready activations for the dealership in relation to total activations for the dealership.

Quick Tip: Orders in Boost Ready reporting refers to activations. When looking at total Orders this should match Gross Activations for the date range and locations chosen.

From this report, you can drill down to door level by clicking on the door count to the left of the dealer name under Stores. You can click any of the numbers underneath the column headings to view the full detail for the activations under that heading.

Door Report

The Door Report will provide you, by door, the number and percentage of Boost Ready activations in relation to total activations at the store. You can use the top filters to narrow down to a specific date range, door, or area. Click Update to apply your filters to the widgets and columns below.

To drill down further to an advocate level for the store, click the eye icon to the far right under View Advocates. To view the detail for any column, click the number under each column heading.

Advocate Report

The Advocate Report will give you Boost Ready stats by Advocate. You can use the top filters to narrow down the advocate list. Click Update to apply the filters to your columns.

From this report, you can click on the numbers under each column heading to view the detail reporting for those orders.

Detail Report

The Detail Report will provide you details for all activations within the time period selected in the top filters, including a Yes/No depending on whether they were Boost Ready or not.

In addition to setting your date range, the top filters can also help you narrow down the list using location or advocate.

Exporting and Subscribing to Boost Ready Reporting

All Boost Ready reporting can be exported and/or subscribed to depending on how you'd like to keep track of this information. To Export, simply apply your desired filters, click Update, and then click Export. You will receive an email with the export.
