You can now check the status of your stores' drop-ship orders using Elevate GO. RPD reporting can tell you at a Dealer, Door, or Advocate level the status of your drop-ship orders, as well as detailed info about each order.
All RPD reports can be found within the Performance Mgmt (heart icon) menu on Elevate GO.
Dealer RPD Report
This report will give you a round-up by dealership of drop-ship orders. The top widgets will give you an overview of all dealerships listed on this page.
Filters on this page will allow you to narrow down the dealerships or doors listed within this report, or choose a specific date range to view orders for. Note that the date ranges always refer to the order date.
To drill down to a door level on this report, click the number in the Stores column. To drill down to the advocate level, click the Eye icon under View Advocates.
Door RPD Report
If you want to go right down to Door Level detail on drop-ship orders, use the Door RPD Report. This will list all your doors with corresponding order statuses. The top widgets will round up the total for all doors.
Use the top filters to narrow your results to certain doors, or for a specific date range.
To see Advocate level reporting for a specific door, you can click on the Eye icon for any location under View Advocates. To see order detail, click on the numbers in the Drop Ship Orders column.
Advocate RPD Report
To see drop-ship orders at an Advocate level, go to the Advocate RPD Report. This report will list drop-ship orders and status by Advocate within the time range set in the filters.
The top widgets will give you a round up of all Advocates listed below. You can use the filters to change the date range or narrow down the list to specific locations.
To see order detail, click on the numbers in the Drop Ship Orders or Total Pending Activation columns.
Detail RPD Report
To jump right into the detail for each of your drop-ship orders, visit the Detail RPD Report. Here you will be able to see detailed information for each drop-ship order. Use the filters at the top to adjust your order date range, or narrow down your results by location, status of the order, or other details.
Important things to remember about RPD Reports:
Date range always refers to the Order Date.
In all reports with top widgets, In Progress refers to orders both in progress and in hold status.
In all reports with top widgets, Cancelled refers to orders both cancelled or in error status.
All RPD reporting can be exported.
